We have reserved the Cypress Pavilion from 9am until 2pm.  Members are free to continue to kayak, hike and bike after 2:00 pm but we will have to leave the pavilion.  Tables with bench seating will accommodate 50 people, feel free to bring a folding chair.  Parking is free and restrooms are nearby.  Bring board games.

TOWN-Austin will provide:         burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, veggie hotdogs, condiments, ice, all paper goods, including utensils.

Members are asked to provide:   pot luck dish/serving utensil, your choice of drink.  We don’t have a sign-up sheet for the dish to share, but members often bring salads, vegetables, other side dishes, fruit, chips/dip, and desserts.  We always have a great assortment.

Alcohol policy: City of Cedar Park – Park and Recreation Department guidelines allow alcohol.

Please RSVP: via Meetup or email                            for questions, to RSVP, or to volunteer.  Please RSVP by 5pm Friday, October 19th so we can purchase food and supplies.  Also, we will need to know your preference regarding hot dogs vs. hamburgers (beef or veggie) and the number of each.  It is important to have a count as we use club funds.  We want to make sure we have plenty but we don’t buy a lot of extra so that it is not wasted.
