Social Hike Lady Bird Lake
Come one, come all (and your little dog too, Dorothy) to the first social hike. The weather will be stellar, the pace will be ‘stop and smell the roses; the distance 3.0 miles, the company excellent!
The plan is to meet and park at the REI: 601 N Lamar, Austin, TX 78703. We will leave at 10 am sharp for the Lady Bird Trail and leisurely hike 1.5 miles to Alta’s Cafe on the lake to caffeinate and nosh on sustenance while socializing with like minded individuals (http://altascafe.com/ 74 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701). After socializing we will leisurely hike back 1.5 miles to REI via the Lady Bird Trail.
